On July 17, 2026, Kevin and Derrick Boseman filed a petition in Los Angeles asking the court to remove Taylor Simone Ledward as administrator of Chadwick’s estate.
The filing, obtained by multiple outlets including E! News, People, and Page Six, alleges that Ledward has failed to properly distribute the late actor’s assets despite a 2022 court order.
The brothers are acting on behalf of their parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman, who are supposed to receive 25 percent of the estate each.
The $3.8 Million Question
