Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) is an action-packed urban fantasy RPG developed by HoYoverse. Set in the post-apocalyptic city of New Eridu, players assume the role of a Proxy, guiding Agents through the perilous Hollows.

To enhance your gameplay experience, HoYoverse periodically releases redeemable codes that grant valuable in-game rewards such as Polychrome, Dennies, and various enhancement materials.

📥 How to Redeem Codes

You can redeem codes either in-game or through the official Zenless Zone Zero website.

In-Game Redemption:

1. Open the main menu by tapping the menu icon (top-left corner) on mobile or pressing the ESC key on PC.
2. Select “More” from the menu options.
3. Choose “Redemption Code” from the list.
4. Enter the code and confirm to receive your rewards via in-game mail.

Note: Ensure you have completed the Prologue mission “Business x Strangeness x Justness” and reached Inter-Knot Level 5 to unlock the redemption feature.

Website Redemption:

1. Go to the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption website.
2. Log in with your HoYoverse account credentials.
3. Select your server and character nickname.
4. Enter the redemption code and submit.
5. Check your in-game mail to claim your rewards.
